reproduction. This 4-channel MOS-FET built-in amp delivers
50W to each speaker for a 200W total output. Unlike bipolar
transistors, MOS-FETs have low crossover distortion for

power transistors are ideal for handling DVD's frequency
response which is more dynamic than CDs. Their high
efficiency also means low power consumption and low heat
radiation.
Right from the start, the CQ-VD7003U comes with built-in 5.1
channel Dolby Digital® and DTS®decoders--the essential keys
to theater surround sound in your car. A complete array of
parameters permits optimization of 5.1-channel surround
sound reproduction for the actual installation in your
vehicle. A Dolby Pro Logic II® decoder is also included so
you can enjoy surround sound from a regular stereo source.
Most people think of their DVD player simply as a movie
machine. This model not only plays prerecorded DVDs and
DVD-Audio discs, but also MP3, WMA, CDs, DVD-R/RW and CD-R/RW
discs! For your listening pleasure, the acclaimed Alphatuner
V FM/AM tuner circuitry is built into this unit as well, and
there are 18 FM and 6 AM presets. Through years of
experience, our advanced technology has made it possible to
pack all of these incredible features into this 2-DIN form.
When used in conjunction with additional monitors and
headphones, front-seat passengers can enjoy one program
while rear-seat passengers are entertained by another.
Here's how: When the function is activated, rear speaker
sound is muted, while the sound for the rear is transmitted
to headphones. To headphone listeners, the front speaker
sound becomes almost inaudible, and vice versa, so each side
can choose their preferred content without annoying the
other.
